- Product Usage: Items must be used for their intended purpose for the duration of their economic life. Products purchased for one-time use, such as events or promotional activities, are not eligible for a refund.
Fees
- Custom Duties: All applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened or used are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Label
Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Contact us to arrange for a replacement. For a faster resolution, you may also choose to return the defective item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
