Shipping policy

Note: During public holidays, operations slow as manufacturers and couriers reduce activity, which may affect shipping times. Delays may also occur due to incorrect address details or customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

• You will receive an email confirmation upon order completion; check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
• A subsequent email will be sent when a shipping label is created. For larger orders, you may receive multiple tracking emails.

Address Changes

Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update the delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of your order placement.

Backorders

If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you via email and telephone. You have two business days to contact us before the out-of-stock item is canceled and refunded.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted any time before the order is dispatched. For orders already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Unexpected Delays

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected 2-7 business day window, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged Parcels

• If a parcel is damaged in transit, reject it and contact our customer service.
• If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact us for next steps within five days of delivery.
